The Quetico Foundation is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its 2026 Science Research Grant, supporting scientific research conducted within Quetico Provincial Park. “Our goal is to support high-quality research that deepens our understanding of Quetico’s unique wilderness and informs responsible conservation management,” said Brian Jackson, Science Chair, Quetico Foundation. “We welcome proposals that bring forward new knowledge and support the long-term protection of the park.”

“We are proud to offer this opportunity to researchers dedicated to safeguarding one of Canada’s most treasured wilderness areas,” said Luiza Moczarski, Chair, Quetico Foundation. “Science and stewardship go hand in hand, and this program reflects our commitment to ensuring Quetico remains protected for generations to come.”
