Heart of the Continent Partnership

The Quetico Foundation has played a formative role in the creation and leadership of this new coalition. Founded in 2007, over 100 agencies and organizations from both sides of the border have joined. Partnership members can collaborate, coordinate and support projects to continue preserving the Quetico-Superior area or “Heart of the Continent.” Visit the site.

Public Advocacy

As new environmental challenges arise, The Quetico Foundation is prepared and involved in preserving Quetico Park and other threatened wilderness areas. We’ve campaigned on the provincial level, regularly meet with local stakeholders, and work with corporate, industrial, government, environmental and cultural sectors to protect Quetico. Contact us to learn more.
